We are looking for an experienced strategic buyer for a vital player in the energy sector that is in an expansive phase with significant investments. The assignment involves strengthening the purchasing function in the work of expanding and renewing the electricity transmission network, with a need for procurement of complex property-related services and indirect materials.

You will work independently and have a central role in ensuring quality, business acumen, and compliance in procurements, as well as contributing to the development of the purchasing work as a whole.

• Independently lead and conduct procurements for property-related services (Facility Management)
• Independently lead and conduct procurements for indirect materials, such as communications and training
• If necessary, lead procurements in other categories, such as IT and remedial actions for the power system
• Develop and drive procurement strategies
• Plan and conduct RFIs
• Develop and design tender documents
• Establish processes and frameworks for bid evaluations
• Support and, if necessary, lead clients in requirement work
• Hand over completed contracts to clients and provide support during the contract period as needed
• Ensure that internal processes and legal requirements in the procurement process are followed (LUF)
• Contribute to operational development within purchasing

• At least 10 years of experience as a strategic buyer with independent responsibility for procurements
• Experience in procurement of property-related services (Facility Management)
• Experience in procurement of indirect materials
• Good knowledge of and experience working according to LUF
• Ability to lead the entire procurement process, from strategy and documentation to evaluation and contract handover
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience in procurement within IT
• Experience in procurement related to power systems and remedial actions
